Take your scrapbook paper to the next level to learn you can cut lots of items from your paper cards to make a beautiful layout. Lots of bling in this layout, inking to make this layout look so pretty and paper tearing. Add clipart from your computer to make paper embellishments and real netting.

Supplies to bring to class:
12x12 cutter, light brown ink & dabber, small Cutter Bee Scissors (you can get these at your local scrapbook store or craft store it’s important to have these small scissors), box of 3D thick white pop dots not tiny ones you want your layout to look 3D I use foam squares from Dollar tree, your adhesive, liquid glue pen, box of small clear dots
