The Vendor Faire may be closed and classes may be over but the party is just getting started! Join us at the Saturday Night Crop for an evening of cropping, shopping, and good times with friends. Plus enjoy games, fun with friends, tons of prizes and a scrapping good time! Vendors might pop in to the Crop Sales Tables as they are packing up their booths for one last chance to stock up on all your must-have products. Lots of great last-minute deals to take advantage of!

We try to maximize the set up of the crop room to accommodate as many scrappers as we can. We realize that it is important to have room to work on your projects so we highly recommend that you think carefully about what you will realistically accomplish during the crops and only bring those supplies with you. Some croppers work on page kits or finish up projects from classes at the crop to streamline the supplies they need to bring. Keep in mind that a convention crop is not going to have the same space you have at home or at a retreat and that 1 crop ticket equals 1 crop seat/table space, so streamline your supplies or coordinate tools and supplies with your friends to maximize your table space!

You may bring your rolling tote to the crop. However, handcarts and wagons are not permitted. These should be used for loading/unloading and taken out of the room or collapsed and tucked under your area. Be sure to mark your supplies clearly with your name. After all, you'd be surprised how many scrappers have the same tools as you!

How long crop lasts: 6:00 PM- 11:00 PM (5 Hours)
