Take your scrapbook paper to the next level to learn you can cut lots of items from your paper cards to make a beautiful layout. Lots of bling in this layout, inking to make this layout look so pretty for all those beach or island photos. We will be using real netting to add to it for another great option to add to your layouts.

12x12 cutter, light brown ink & dabber, small Cutter Bee Scissors (you can get these at your local scrapbook store or craft store it’s important to have these small scissors), box of 3D thick white pop dots not tiny ones you want your layout to look 3D I use foam squares from Dollar tree, your adhesive, liquid glue pen, box of small clear dots
